Be respectful:
Don't disrupt other's learning:
Raise your hand before speaking
Keep your hands and feet to yourself
No bullying
Wait your turn to speak
Don't make noises
Don’t throw things
Use a polite tone of voice/polite comments: "If you can't say anything nice…."
Use appropriate words
Treat others the way you want to be treated
Use 'please' and 'thank you'
Include others
No public display of affection
Don't 'talk back'
Be co-operative
Respect property:
Be gentle with books
Don't kick lockers
Don't write on desks
Return books on time
No graffiti
Don't steal
Keep hands off of teachers' desks
Keep hands off of other students' property
Be responsible:
Take home homework
Take responsibility for actions
Be prepared:
Be on time
Bring all needed materials to class (Pen, pencil, eraser, homework, test books, etc.)
Study for tests
Bring a positive attitude
Pay attention:
Listen
Make eye contact
Follow directions the first time given
Participate in class discussion
