STIHome+

STIHome+ is a Web-based program that allows parents/guardians to check on school related data for their child such as schedule, grades, and attendance.

Accessing STIHome+

• For all features in STIHome+ to work correctly, it is recommended to use Microsoft's Internet Explorer Web browser. Other browsers can access the Web site, but may not display the information in the correct manner.
• If you have read these instructions previously, follow this link to access STIHome+ now.
• A log in screen appears requiring a UserID and a Password. Passwords are distributed at registration in August and will change every year. If needed, login information can be acquired by visiting the High School Office between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm. Please remember to keep this information private so that your child's records remain confidential.

Displayed Information Options

• On the left side of the screen are links to various displays in Home+. At the top of the list, the schedule is the default. Also available are School Calendar, Demographics, Attendance, Grades, and Grad Requirements.
• Below the Display Options, is a summary of current information ranging from current averages in scheduled classes (along with the number of missing scores) to cumulative weighted Grade Point Average to Absences and Tardies.

Schedule

• The schedule for your child is displayed on the initial screen. The default is to show the classes for the current grading period. If you wish to see other grading periods select them from the drop-down box in the upper left corner.
• When detailed by the teacher, major projects, assignments and tests will appear below the schedule for the currently selected class. To select a different class, simply click in any of the first three columns for that class.
• Below the schedule there is a tab for selecting a summary of Attendance for the currently selected class, as shown below.

School Calendar

The calendar defaults to the current month and displays, if any, which days have No School (other than weekends). The program currently does not allow the district to place events on the calendar. However such information is available in the Calendar on the High School's Home Page.

Demographics

• Various basic information is displayed here such as address, phone number, bus number, locker number and combination.
• The Contact tab at the bottom of the page displays names, addresses, phone numbers of parents/guardians, emergency contacts, and personal physician. Please contact the high school office if any of this information changes.

A discipline history is displayed here with each infraction listed separately.

Attendance

A detailed attendance history is displayed here. The top section shows overall daily attendance, the middle sections gives details about each period, and the bottom section details check-in and check-out times for appointments.

Grades

Current grades are not displayed here; that information is on the left side of the screen. This section shows the grades that have been posted for Report Cards in the selected Grading Period. Since the current grading period is shown by default, the screen initially appears blank until another grading period is selected.

Graduation Requirements

This section lays out the Credits, GPA, and Courses required for Graduation. In each subsection a Status indicator is also displayed showing if the criteria have been met. During the Spring when registration is in progress, clicking the box for Check Requests, will update the Status in the Credit section and, if specific courses are required, in the Courses section.
